Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking an On-Site Outpatient Program Manager in Medford, OR. You will assist the program director in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical and operational aspects of outpatient services, and lead clinical development trainings.

Supervise QMHPs/QMHAs to meet OAR standards and improve service quality. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and QMHP credentials, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Must meet QMHP requirements.
• Experience working with adult, youth, and family services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program director in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical and operational aspects of outpatient program activities.
• Adopt and implement evidence-based, structured administrative and clinical supervision practices.
• Provide clinical support by leading meetings and coordinating clinical development trainings.
• Provide supervision to QMHPs and QMHAs to meet standards and enhance skills.
