Job summary
Ellie Mental Health in Dothan, AL is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers pursuing licensure. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, clinician-focused culture.
You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise pre-licensed counselors, and coordinate care with families and providers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S).
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
- Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama.
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Experience working with diverse client populations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers working toward full licensure. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other therapists and wants to work in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.
