Responsibilities

• Therapists complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual, family and/or group therapy.
• Therapists utilize assessments to determine mental or behavioral health needs and make referrals needed deemed appropriate to improve client outcomes.
• Therapists interface with family members, school personnel, medical and psychiatric contacts, referring worker, assuring best outcomes for clients.
• If providing school-based services, Therapists collaborate and communicate with school personnel regarding referrals and active clients.
• Supervision hours towards full-licensure are available, if needed.

This is a hybrid position where both Outpatient and School-Based therapy will be provided. Four Oaks partners with the Johnston Community School District to provide services directly within the schools. This posting is to serve JCSD elementary schools.

• Therapists complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual, family and/or group therapy.
• Therapists utilize assessments to determine mental or behavioral health needs and make referrals needed deemed appropriate to improve client outcomes.
• Therapists interface with family members, school personnel, medical and psychiatric contacts, referring worker, assuring best outcomes for clients.
• If providing school-based services, Therapists collaborate and communicate with school personnel regarding referrals and active clients.
• Therapists are able to obtain additional training to help advance them in their practice.
• Therapists have the opportunity to attend case consultation group with colleagues as another avenue for professional growth.
• Therapist are supported through regular supervision, agency supports, and developed policies and procedures.
• Supervision hours towards full-licensure are available, if needed.
