Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Advanced Medical Support Assistant for outpatient clinics in the Greenville/Columbia area. The AMSA will support the Patient Aligned Care Team by handling scheduling, patient communication, and information entry within the electronic medical record systems.

The role requires ability to prioritize, coordinate with multiple clinicians, and ensure timely patient care in a non-virtual, on-site environment. Monday to Friday schedule and standard clinic operations are expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate health care needs and coordinate with the care team and patients.
• Manage scheduling, pre-appointment requirements, and clinic flow within ISS/CPRS systems.
• Enter and verify patient information and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
