A renowned rehabilitation facility in Colorado is seeking an Administrative Representative. This role involves greeting patients, managing registrations, and ensuring optimal outpatient experiences. The ideal candidate will have front desk experience in a clinical setting and strong communication skills. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Representative position is responsible for maintaining and administering daily tasks aligned with the outpatient experience from admission to discharge. This position will support measures that accurately track the census and daily activities of the outpatient. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Outpatient Services Department, including greeting patients and families, performing patient registration and discharge, scheduling appointments, and serving as a liaison between patients and Clinical support staff.
Salary Range: $18.65 - $26.86 per hour based on experience
