The Outpatient Addictions Clinical Supervisor and Counselor provides clinical supervision, training, and support to counseling staff (CADC-R and CADC) in accordance with OAR 309-019-0140 through 309-019-0200. This position also maintains a direct client caseload and delivers evidence-based individual and group counseling services for adults experiencing substance use disorders. The role ensures compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards established by OHA, MHACBO, and BOLI, and contributes to agency leadership, quality assurance, and collaborative partnerships.
