Job summary

WisHope Recovery is seeking an outpatient clinician to join our team in Wisconsin. You will work with a diverse caseload of clients and coordinate care with clinical and administrative staff to deliver quality services in alignment with federal and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, providing SUD and Mental Health services, documenting progress, and participating in trainings to enhance cultural competency and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
• Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.
• Represent WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events.
• Provide various outpatient SUD and Mental Health services.
• Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
• Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
• Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
• Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
• Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.
