Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking an Outlets Manager. Did you know we are located in the heart of downtown and home of the Green Bay Packers? The hotel is minutes away from major sporting events, cultural activities, entertainment, museums, and attractions. We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 241 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space.

Position Summary: The Outlets Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and long-term planning for our onsite restaurant, Social, and our market, as well as coordinating special events. The Outlets Manager will also be responsible for scheduling and training colleagues, as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and all operating procedures.

Detailed Description:

  • Must ensure guests are consistently served with exceptional service and experiences.
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve all guest complaints regarding the outlet operations.
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores.
  • Supervise, empower, lead, coach and motivate the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
  • Be hands on in ensuring effective hiring, training, and development of all staff.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Director to schedule colleagues per business need.
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards.
  • Responsible for inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
  • Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
  • Manage the outlets within those approved plans.
  • Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity.
  • Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Full flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a working knowledge of point of sale systems
  • Creative, innovative, detail oriented and organized
  • Bar knowledge required
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Previous restaurant and bar management experience, preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
