Base pay range

$16.66/hr - $18.00/hr

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine duties associated with all aspects of the kitchen within the refreshment stand, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and safety guidelines.
  • Follow recipes consistently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Check ingredients for quality regularly.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health standards in the kitchen.
  • Communicate effectively with team members both front and back of house.
  • Deliver products to guests promptly and of high quality.
  • Ensure a safe work environment, complying with OSHA/WISHA standards.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, procedures, and reduce costs.
  • Cook and serve sandwiches, salads, snacks, and beverages to members and guests.
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
  • Multi-tasking skills with focus on key objectives.
  • Proficiency in all line stations and short-order cooking.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Health Card.
  • Ability to obtain liquor permit, must be at least 21.
  • Ability to work with young team members in a busy environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and coordinate arm-hand movements.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay range: $16.66 - $18.00/hr, eligible for overtime and tips.
