Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

We value someone with proven retail leadership, a passion for results, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication and POS proficiency are essential for success in this role.

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
