Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drives and coaches colleagues to deliver a fun, welcoming shopping environment.
• Trains and coaches team on behaviors, processes and responsibilities.
• Delivers best-in-class service and assists with sign-age, promotions and store processes.
• Supports onboarding and performance management of colleagues.
• Keeps schedules and PTO in check while coordinating with leadership.
