Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales on the selling floor and in the stockroom.
• Process transactions, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Create a clean, neat, easy-to-shop environment for customers.
• Ensure items are floor ready, tagged, and ticketed; perform floor recovery.
• Protect company assets by following operating procedures.
