Brobston Group is seeking an Outlet Team Associate to support sales and store profitability through customer engagement and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting customers on the floor and at checkout, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting stock and stockroom organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
