Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an Outlet Team Associate to support sales and profitability through customer engagement and merchandising tasks, providing friendly, helpful service while maintaining an efficient, appealing store environment.

The role requires assisting customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms; processing sales and payments; preparing merchandise for the floor; and supporting pricing, stock handling, stockroom organization, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
