Why We Need Your Talents:

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the administration, operation, and management of the Café. As part of our food and beverage leadership team, you will maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and assist in creating the business plan and budget for the Café.
  • Manage inventory control and order supplies, food, and drinks necessary for operation.
  • Develop staff careers through training, hiring, performance management, disciplinary counseling, and evaluations.
  • Review staffing levels to meet budget expectations.
  • Delegate duties and authority as needed.
  • Coordinate with the F&B Manager on departmental issues.
  • Implement programs to reduce injury and loss time.
  • Meet with departmental managers as necessary.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret operational results.

  • Knowledge of sanitation laws, health regulations, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in restaurant supervision/management, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Ability to comply with gaming regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for long periods, climb stairs, reach overhead, and multi-task.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
