Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England is seeking an Outlet Store Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences. Reporting to the Manager, Buy the Pound Operations, you will model Goodwill’s mission while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

The role requires supervising daily activities, training and safety oversight, and maintaining strong service levels for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or production supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED or better.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of various material-handling machinery and vehicles.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and instruct a diverse workforce.
• Valid Driver's License
• A criminal background check that meets Agency standards.

The Outlet Store Supervisor works under the direction of the Manager, Buy the Pound Operations, to maintain efficient warehouse operations. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The Outlet Store Supervisor creates a positive employee and customer experience by consistently modeling Goodwill’s mission and citizenship behaviors.

Minimum Qualifications:
