RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, developing and empowering cross‑functional teams to deliver unexpected and extraordinary customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance‑driven culture.
• Foster a People First environment by proactively addressing team needs, removing obstacles, and partnering with Field Leadership and the People Team to support growth, performance, and well‑being.
• Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions, from hiring and development to performance management and career transitions, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports the Outlet vision for quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results.
• Support, implement, provide follow‑up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes.
• Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
