With Bassett’s selling process, you will build relationships, demonstrate products, address questions, close sales, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The role offers a competitive hourly wage plus sales bonus and paid training.

Job Description

Our Outlet Sales Consultants create a welcoming experience for every customer while helping them find quality home furnishings at exceptional values. You will learn about each customer’s needs, preferences, timing, and budget, then guide them toward furniture, accessories, bedding, and protection products that are right for their home.

Using Bassett’s proven selling process, you will build relationships, demonstrate products, address questions, close sales, and provide thoughtful follow-up.

What You'll Do

Physical and Work Requirements
