Summary

The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to uphold store standards and ensure safe, functional outlet operations. This role coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, supports upkeep of interior and exterior facility areas, and partners with the outlet team to minimize operational disruptions. The position requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage areas.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets such as doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to quality with strong attention to detail.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities and identifying process improvements.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing as required.
