• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensure proper product placement
• Provide excellent customer service
• Upsell when appropriate on multiple pairs and accessories
• Represent the Clarks brand
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising
• Create a welcoming environment for colleagues
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, climbing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs
