Responsibilities of a Sales Associate may include:

• Consistently achieving positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Practicing excellent customer service skills
• Upselling customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
• Representing the Clarks brand
• Following policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assisting in store maintenance and merchandising to create an appealing environment
• Contributing to a comfortable work environment for colleagues
• Completing assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
