Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated full-time outlet associate to join our retail team. You will operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, assist customers, and help maintain organized sales areas in accordance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise, meeting daily quotas, cleaning work areas, and collaborating with teammates to deliver excellent service. Prior cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Operates the POS system per guidelines.
• Reads/writes and performs basic math for transactions.
• Performs cash drawer counts and makes correct change.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system according to company guidelines.
• Follow all cash handling procedures.
• Register merchandise at proper departments and manage cash drawer.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones as scheduled.
• Use Tipper and organize outlet store products for display.
• Sort items for resale and assist with cleaning of all store areas.
