Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with store leadership to foster a sales-driven culture
  • Support a team selling environment
  • Participate in store recruitment efforts
  • Coach and train store associates within set timeframes
  • Set and achieve high goals for the team and store staffing levels
  • Handle employee relations issues in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Assist in P&L analysis
  • Lead change initiatives and support company programs
  • Ensure proper product merchandising
  • Maintain safety and security for staff and customers
  • Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs
