Qualifications

• 1-2 years of allocation experience required.
• Proficient in retail math and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with cross-functional partners.
• Experience presenting reporting to others is preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report business at channel, region, and category level for inventory and performance.
• Partner with Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Regional Finance and Central Planning on outlets strategy and inventory.
• Evaluate store/ style/ size performance to optimize distribution and productivity.
• Manage replenishment and manual pushes using A&R for Outlet products.
• Optimize allocations by door based on customer profiles and inventory strategies.
• Communicate trends and opportunities to field teams and stores.
• Assist with merchandising tasks like buy books and consolidations.
