Clarks is looking for a Part Time Team Lead to join the team!

Responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

  • Serving as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Consistently achieving positive sales performance
  • Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
  • Overseeing shipment receipt and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Training and coaching employees on policies and procedures
  • Practicing excellent customer service skills
  • Upselling customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
  • Representing the Clarks Brand
  • Adhering to policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
  • Creating a comfortable work environment for colleagues
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder movement, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
