Job description

Responsibilities include running food and drinks from the kitchen and bar, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

1. Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
2. Greet customers and answer questions.
3. Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
4. Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
5. Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
6. Assist BOH with tasks, including but not limited to washing dishes, prep, cleaning, and upkeep.
7. Assist FOH with tasks, including but not limited to washing glasses, prep, cleaning, and upkeep, rolling silverware, polishing dishes, etc.
8. Complete any other tasks given by direct supervisor.
