Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking an Outfitter in Fayetteville for outdoor work and installation of pool components. You will use hand and power tools to perform repairs, tile work, plumbing, and inlays, following SOPs and safety practices.

The role requires reading production orders, inspecting pools, and maintaining tools. OT and weekend shifts may be required; benefits are offered, and a sign-on bonus of $1,000 is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read diagrams, work instructions, and production orders.
• Experience in tiling, plumbing, or pool manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime, including some weekends.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.

Job Summary

The Outfitter position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to do small repairs, as well installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other products on the fiberglass pool.

Some of What You Will Do:

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Experience using various hand and power tools
• Ability to read diagrams, work instructions, and production orders
• Experience in tiling, plumbing, or pool manufacturing preferred
• Ability to understand written and verbal directions
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, and overhead work
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, including some weekends, as needed and fluctuations in start and ending times for shifts
• Commitment to working safely and wearing required PPE

Salary Range: $23.35 - $24.50

Bonus: Discretionary year-end
