A little about the position:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for using various hand tools to install plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other special-order products prior to shipment of the product.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Read and understand production order and match to the product
• Conduct the first QA inspection on pool
• Be able to trim and grind flange
• Accurately read tape measure
• Cut and drill holes for fittings and install fittings per the outfitting guide
• Cut optional fittings
• Perform patching process and small repairs
• Learn to tile and set inlays
• Be able to tile proficiently
• Do small cosmetic repairs independently
• Set inlays
• Install all options on pools and spas
• Use 1 quart pot spray system for larger repairs
• Solve issues with repair, tile, inlay and optional parts

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or willingness to learn the different chemical and composite materials
• Experience using various hand tools
• Ability and willingness to be a team player
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Knowledge of safety precautions
• Good human relations to relate cordially with all team members
• Ability to stand for prolonged times as well as frequent bending/reaching/stooping and overhead work and lift up to forty (40) pounds

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
