Employment Status: Full-Time (weekends are required).

  • Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
  • Responsible for overall store safety, employee orientation, performance management, training, development, scheduling, and inventory

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3years of management experience.
  • Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus
  • Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.
  • Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Basic computer skills
  • A valid state driver's license
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but, it is a plus!
  • Maintenance experience, is a plus!
