Waypoint Academy in Dripping Springs, Texas, is hiring a Youth Development Director for an on-site, full-time role. You will coach Guides, run outdoor life-skill workshops, and use student analytics to drive outcomes. You’ll lead a cohort while mentoring others, and monitor weekly metrics to ensure progress.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, outdoor education, and a strong commitment to youth development in a hands-on environment.

Qualificações

• Must have coaching experience leading teams of 5+ adults
• Proven ability to use data/metrics to drive decisions
• Experience with youth ages 5–18 in educational/development settings
• Experience launching or growing programs or outdoor initiatives

Responsabilidades

• Review performance data of Guides and coach them to close gaps
• Lead one-hour outdoor life-skill workshops for K-12 students
• Run motivation sessions using analytics to drive student progress
• Manage your student cohort while developing other Guides
• Track satisfaction, goals, and performance weekly to prevent underperformance
