Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor vehicle inspections.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the yard to maximize space and efficiency.
• Receive incoming towed vehicles and document arrival.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report findings.
• Prepare vehicles for towing, including securing and hooking up.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Keep yard clean and remove snow/ice as needed.
• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and securing vehicles.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and movements records.
• Coordinate yard activities with dispatchers and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance on yard equipment and vehicles.
