Qualifications

• 5+ years in yard or recycling/logistics environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, skid steer, loader) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard operations, including loading/unloading and sorting.
• Reduce downtime and ensure quick truck turnaround.
• Mentor yard staff: drivers, operators, sorters, laborers.
• Uphold OSHA/EPA safety standards.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Collaborate with General Manager on performance and growth.
• Operate equipment as needed (forklifts, skid steers, loaders).
• Maintain a clean, safe on-site environment.
