Job summary

Ritchie Bros. in Caseyville, IL seeks a full-time Yard Staff to join our RB Global team. The role focuses on front-line operations, vehicle checks, vehicle detailing, and safe movement of equipment during auctions.

You will work outdoors in all weather, with training available in forklift and loader operation. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with basic car knowledge and a teamwork mindset valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Upbeat demeanor and positive customer interaction.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a vehicle.
• Experience in auto repair or rental/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles assigned to the facility
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction
• Operate passenger vehicles in a safe manner within the facility or at drive-through auctions
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items and store in proper locations at the branch
• Assist visitors by providing guidance and directing to the appropriate person
• Train and develop on the job in forklift and loader operation
