Job summary

SRM Concrete in Texas is seeking a Yard Team Member to help keep our plant yard clean, safe, and organized. This role is outdoor, physical, and team-oriented, with responsibilities ranging from loading materials to daily upkeep.

You will follow safety procedures, use PPE, and enjoy home daily with overtime and a strong benefits package. Training is available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Physical labor required, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willing to follow safety policies and PPE protocols.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard and plant areas clean and organized by sweeping, shoveling, and general cleanup tasks.
• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Support plant operations by providing manual labor wherever needed—no two days are the same!
• Help with routine maintenance tasks like pressure washing, organizing supplies, and general upkeep.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, and let your supervisor know when we’re running low.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Take on other duties as assigned to help keep the plant running efficiently.
