Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a hands-on Yard Associate to help contractors and DIY customers with product selection and loading. You will pull and stage materials for pickup or delivery, assist with inventory, and keep the yard organized.

Forklift operation training and certification are provided if needed. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work outside in all conditions; previous building-material familiarity is helpful but not required.

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist contractors and DIYers with order selection and loading.
• Pull and stage materials for pickup or delivery.
