Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds; stand, walk, and work outdoors.
• Safety training preferred, though training will be provided to hired candidate.

Responsibilities

• Leading a work crew in public beautification projects (litter abatement, landscaping).
• Ensure accurate time/attendance records and daily review of participant time.
• Complete daily reporting tasks and maintain high work order quality.
• Establish positive staff morale through leadership and teamwork.
• Assign duties and set realistic completion goals; monitor performance and provide feedback.
