Window Genie of Lexington is hiring Service Technicians to master professional window cleaning. You’ll start with windows and learn pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window tinting, and holiday light installs. No experience needed; bring your hustle and a good attitude.

This is an outdoor, full-time role in Lexington, KY with commission and bonuses on top of base pay. You’ll be trained on ladders and safety while earning solid money and benefits.

• Outdoor physically active work.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning—inside and outside, including second-story glass.
• Other services — pressure washing, gutter cleaning, holiday light installs, window tinting.
• Customer interaction — walk customers through the finished job, take payments, ask for reviews, suggest other services.
• Equipment care — keep tools clean and ready to go.
