Job summary

Window Genie in Lafayette, IN is hiring Service Technicians to master gutter cleaning and related outdoor services. You’ll start with gutters, and you’ll also assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, window tinting, and holiday light installs.

No experience needed; you bring energy and a good attitude. Expect physical outdoor work, ladders, and a chance to learn real skills while earning $18–$25 per hour plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Comfortable with frequent customer interaction.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Gutter cleaning – core service: remove debris, flush downspouts, ensure proper drainage.
• Assist with window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday light installs, and window tinting.
• Interact with customers, walk them through the finished job, and process payments.
• Maintain ladders, safety gear, blowers and other tools.
