Job summary

QXO is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment, loading and unloading materials and continuously ensuring accuracy of inventory. The role involves outdoor work in all weather, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation accuracy.

Candidates should have forklift experience, the ability to stay on their feet all day, and familiarity with warehouse tech like scanners and inventory systems. Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, and track inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform painting as needed.
