Job summary

QXO is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment, loading, unloading, and moving materials in our warehouse and yard. You will work outdoors in all weather, verify orders, maintain inventory, and support a safe, clean environment with proper PPE.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a customer‑first mindset. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and you should have reliable transportation and be able to start early mornings.
