Job summary

The Russ Darrow Group in West Bend, WI is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations. You will maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory, indoors and outdoors, and help keep a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Interest in growth and advancement within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of new and used vehicle inventory, including interior and exterior detailing.
• Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed and assist with basic vehicle upkeep, including battery replacements.
• Organize and maintain vehicle lot displays in accordance with dealership standards.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas as directed.
• Place buyer’s guides and stock tags in vehicles accurately.
• Keep dealership grounds clean and presentable, including sidewalks, driveways, and lot areas (snow and debris removal as needed).
• Transport vehicles between service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas.
• Create and manage key tags for inventory vehicles.
