Job description

Job Summary

Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility technician is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.

Position Details

Full-Time | Shift 1: 6:00AM–2:00PM | Shift 2: 2:00PM–10:00PM | Salary: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, etc.
• Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Supervision

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements & Working Conditions

Physical demands include significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job typically requires 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations while exposed to the elements and some hazardous conditions. The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
