Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. You will lead home visits, educate customers on LeafFilter gutter protection, and manage an assigned territory with a focus on growth and outstanding customer service.

Expect a base plus uncapped commissions, with target earnings between $55,000 and $100,000+. You’ll work outdoors, in homes across the territory, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team. This is a performance-driven, full-time opportunity in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for an assigned territory by canvassing homes and engaging prospects.
• Educate customers on Leaf Home products using a consultative selling approach.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales reps.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work outdoors daily, exposed to elements and varying weather conditions.
• Walk and stand for extended periods as part of daily duties.
