Job summary

Leaf Home in Florida is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and coordinate home inspections from the street. You will identify homeowner challenges and guide them toward Leaf Home solutions while building a robust local client base.

In this outdoor, field-based role, you’ll canvass neighborhoods, schedule in-person product demonstrations, and report progress to management. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to engage customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors daily, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes.
• Educate homeowners on Leaf Home products and schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and collaborate with peers.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Walk and stand for extended periods during home visits.
