Summary of Functions

To provide housekeeping services daily, ensuring guest convenience and promoting a positive image of the resort and casino through professional service and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas including gaming machines, lobbies, lounges, food venues, restrooms, spa, pool, exercise room, and other resort areas.
  • Pick up trash around the exterior of the building and grounds during weekends.
  • Stock and maintain supplies in storerooms.
  • Use ladders or high lifts for cleaning high areas.
  • Transport trash to disposal areas daily.
  • Perform pressure washing as needed.
  • Work discreetly to minimize guest disturbance.
  • Report maintenance issues.
  • Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working flexible hours and maintaining good attendance.
Qualifications

  • Computer literacy, customer service skills, and knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to follow directions and resolve problems under pressure.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License, valid driver’s license, and required vaccinations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for periods, and work on ladders or high lifts.
  • Exposure to tobacco smoke, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise, with moderate environmental conditions.
