Job summary

A community-focused organization is looking for a Site Director for their summer youth baseball and softball camps in California. Ideal candidates are passionate leaders who can inspire youth, manage staff, and ensure a safe and fun camp environment. This position requires a commitment for six weeks and prior experience in coaching or working with children is preferred. The role includes supervising activities and providing constructive feedback to campers. Competitive weekly pay ranges from $1,360 to $1,500.

Qualifications

• Must be prepared to make a 6-week commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers.
• Execute Los Angeles Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily.
