The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader passionate about creating a positive impact on children's lives while ensuring that the camp is a fun and safe environment. Responsibilities include overseeing camp activities, onboarding staff, and ensuring the curriculum runs smoothly. Compensation ranges from $1,400 to $1,650 per week, reflecting skill level and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with basic fundamentals of baseball.
• Experience working with children ages 4-13.
• Ability to problem-solve in real time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
