Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Laborer for our Coleman, OK location to perform maintenance, groundskeeping and basic equipment operation at plant sites managed by regional entities.

You will support site teams, clean and prepare work areas, assist with mechanical tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Candidate should have a High School diploma/GED and at least 1 year of general laborer experience, with valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; equivalence may be considered with relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of general laborer experience.
• Ability to work outdoors and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants; handles debris and equipment as needed.
• Assists with mechanical maintenance using hand tools.
• Monitors for spills or failures and reports to management.
• Operates power tools and drives company vehicles on site as required.
• Performs routine equipment maintenance and reports repair needs.
• Adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies.
