Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records, ordering, and repair logs.
• Answer incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Process purchase orders and part information in the Quick Base system.
• Coordinate with purchasers to use preferred vendors and pricing.
• Assist with fleet and shop area organization and housekeeping.
• Operate forklift for inbound/outbound shipments when required.
