Job summary

HomeTeam in Ruskin, FL is seeking an Outside Warranty Consultant to generate sales by visiting homeowners in your assigned area. You will knock on doors, mail materials, and call potential customers to introduce HomeTeam’s pest management solutions.

No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. You’ll earn a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and full benefits as part of a growing Rollins, Inc. family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your area to generate sales, including door knocking, mail, and calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have what they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
